We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect for our growing company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing modern data platforms both on-premises and in the cloud.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Technical Leadership:
Lead the architectural design and implementation process.
Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Architecture Design:
Design and architect a comprehensive data platform that includes data pipelines, data governance frameworks, and data storage solutions.
Ensure the architecture supports seamless integration with existing systems and future scalability for advanced analytics and AI/ML applications.
Develop and document architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines.
Data Governance:
Establish and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure the platform adheres to regulatory requirements.
Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
Evaluate and select appropriate on-premises and cloud technologies to meet the project's needs.
Oversee the implementation of chosen technologies, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the new data platform.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase, providing solutions to mitigate risks.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business terms.
Conduct regular progress updates, presentations, and technical workshops for stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the project team.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture, cloud computing, and data governance.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the data platform to enhance performance, scalability, and functionality.
Qualifications / Technical Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on large-scale modernization and automation projects.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing data platforms on both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Advanced level of English proficiency is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Familiarity with modern data analytics and AI/ML platforms.
